Hello,

can anyone determine this abuot 12mm long fly taken 1st September 2007, between the Black Forest (north) and the
Upper Rhine / Murg Valley / Southwestern Germany, 165 meters.

Yes, that's what it looks like to me too, but I can't see enough to say more. Dorsal shots of Calliphora are often impossible - need at least a lateral shot to see the distinguishing characters.
