A Phoridae species

Hello
I've caught this little fly in NE of France (Distroff 57925) the 26/03/2018 in my garden. Length body 4-5 mm, wings 4 mm.

A ventral seta at midlength of the hind tibia makes this a Spiniphora. It is a female.
