A female Tabanus. Eyes with midway single stripe and broad alula suggest T. bromius. In this case, the antennae should show dark brown basal segments and blackish third segment, which is difficult to see in the pictures. Theo's opinion is appreciated!

It is T. bromius = wing alula is very broad. Alula in T. macukicornis is much thinner.
