I found this Mycetophilidae today in my backyard in Veenendaal, Netherlands. The key of Soli et al. (2000) lead me to Palaeodocosia and Hutson et al. (1980) brought me to P. flava. However, no species of Palaeodocosia have been recorded in the Netherlands, so I'm still doubting my identification. Can anyone help me? I collected the specimen, so other details can be studied. Thanks in advance Edited by Bas on 02-12-2017 16:05 |

It is a female of Exechia, probably Exechia fusca. |
