Hi, last night i have collected two small fly (who looked more strangely). this is one... please consider this to be also an experiment. this i really don't know where to put it. to me looks a little like a simuliid (but...). size ~3mm, collected at light last night (29.august.2007), hilly area around 650m. thanks in advance, cosmln [EDIT] title changed cosmln attached the following image: [66.77Kb] Edited by cosmln on 30-08-2007 15:58 |

I think you're right. Its a simuliid, probably one of the more primitive genera. |
