HI, another fly from Retezat. Retezat National Park, 17.august.2007, ~1250m. size 4-5 mm. in the field i was atracted to this fly because at a first look apears that the wings where cuted, it was looking almost like a straight line at the end of the wings. i think is some kinf of muscid, and maybe because of at least to me that particular form and that brown stripe in the thorax someone can help with an ID. thanks in advance, cosmln cosmln attached the following image: [133.56Kb] |

I think the top picture shows that the anal vein reaches the wing margin, so this suggests Anthomyiidae.
