Superficially it looks like a Imantimyia albisetus (Loxocera albiseta) I photographed a long time ago. Can you tell if it is such a fly?

 I have no idea why ArtDatabanken spells it Imantimyia albisetus.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
