Cylindromyia brassicaria/brevicornis male?
Found dead on September 10th. Heron ,Belgium.

Yes, brassicaria male.
I guess these are pretty rare in Belgium ?

Not according to Waarnemingen.be which mentions them as "common"... but it's the first time I see one.

Well, that is a default value, that means nothing.
.there are only two concrete records in this database, much less than for instance bicolor.
