not an ideal separation of terminalia, which makes an id difficult.

a photo of thorax and basicosta will be most helpful.

looks more like Phormia regina to me not Lucilia.
terminalia looks a bit like Lucilia but I cannot judge it correctly.
Maybe a specialist will give an opinion...
