The size of this specimen sized between 5 to 6 mm., the picture was taken at Valladares-Vigo (Spain) alt. 300 mts., on a damp field of siliceous soil during august 2007.-

We can't see is vein R1 setose or not.
But I think that jizz completely against Neuroctena (N. has body shining reddish-yellow/yellowish-red).
Dryomyza has greyish-ye3llow, dusted body exactly as this fly.
The only Dryomyza recorded for Spain is D.flaveola.
I think Dryomyza flaveola it is.

yes. Smile And Portugal has too D. flaveola but I never spotted it. Sad

The other Dryomyzidae that Spain has: Neuroctena anilis

I have more pictures of this species, regrettably all of them show the same perspective (no gret view of venation).
Ive seen it quite often, Ill try to obtain a different view next time.
