HEllo once again,
I have this one classified (?????) as Ceroxys... I really doubt it very much. Your help is greatly appreciated,
The size of this fly was not more than 4 mm. (Could it be a fruit fly ??). Picture taken at Vigo (Pontevedra) Spain, at sea level. Habitat: closed grassland meaadow with apple and pear trees nearby.-

It is a fruit fly, probably of genus Tephritis.
