I'd start looking among the black Phaonia species (Muscidae). There are only a few.

Thank you Paul and Kahis, it seems it helps. 1. I checked Phaonia - not (by the way fly is at most 5mm) 2. Anthomyiidae. A doesn't reach wing margin (at least I think so) May be I think wrong - wing is wide and folded exactly by A vein.Next week I'll check Museum material, genus Alliopsis Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
