* locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.08.17
* size - 6 mm (medium)
* habitat - open land
* substrate - On Mentha sp. flower

Chrysis sp.? It woul be great to know the species. Smile

Ettore (in italian forum..) propose that this wasp can be Edychrum nobilis. It fits.. in this beauty. Nobilis means noble! Smile
Any more opinions?

it seems very probable to be Hedychrum nobile - see here:

I am not sure about the species (but it is probably), but the correct name is Hedychrum nobile.
