I've just discovered that the following work:

Matile, Loïc - Recherches sur la systématique et l'évolution des Keroplatidae (Diptera, Mycetophiloidea) (Mémoires du Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle. Série A, Zoologie - vol. 148,1990)

is available online at http://bibliotheq.... A warning, though, the PDF file is huge (681 Mb ).

Select search option "Pages numérisées" and search for Keroplatidae. That will lead to http://bibliotheq...atique-et-. Click on the text following "Appartient à" and you will find a page with a link "Voir le PDF multipage" which is the download.

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
