Syrphus rectus?

Could this be Syrpus rectus? Found in Switzerland, Kerzers, 447 m, in a hedgerow. Size: approx. 10 mm Second anal cell has the microtrichia-free area typical for S. vitripennis but hind femora are entirely yellow.
