Unknown yellowish fly

This fly was last Saturday at Benasque, Aragon, Spain, in medium Pyrenees (about 1300 meters high) in a road that crosses a forest (pines and hazels above all, also some willows, ox, etc...). The fly sizes about 5-6 mm. long.

What species can be?
