Hi


* locality - Monte Gordo - Vila Real de Santo Ant?nio - PORTUGAL ---> in Algarve.
* date - 2007.07.31
* size - 7 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - sand dunes
* substrate - on sand


Sorry for bad photos.. Sad Now I will show many dead specimens I caught in some places. And I used another camera.. not so good for these kind of photos. Sad

For this fly, I think we are seeing Villa sp. But which one?

yes, it is Villa but could not guess species

thanks. I have much more bombyliids. I will upload more photos very soon.

Genus Villa is not easy really. Sad
If you was obligate to say the possible species which would be the possibilities? Smile

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
