Hi, Could this fly be Chrysopilus auratus female? It sits on a stinging nettle leaf in a Berlin wood near Mueggelsee lake. The photo was taken on June 30. Thanks for information, Sundew Sundew attached the following image: [149.75Kb] |

Yes. However, present day name should be Chrysopilus cristatus.
