determination correct, or does someone protest?

Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinum, 53572 Unkel, river Rhine valley, Stux hill, dry and warm habitat (grapeyards), 12. 06. 2016.

Ups, it is an Anthomyiidae, have a look at the median vein.

This is Acyglossa (costa ending just after vein R4+5).
There are two species known in Europe A. atramentaris and A. pollinosa (more southern species?).
In Germany only A. atramentaria is present.
