 I believe I may have located the smallest free living insect ever, but I am not an entomologist and need help or someone to take this project over. I live in central Ohio and have this photo plus videos showing them flying(as white rods lit up in the dark).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
