 I saw a number of these feeding on umbellifers and would appreciate any assistance in ID. Phohotgraphed at Leighton Moss RSPB, Lancashire UK, 29th July 2007

 Thanks Kahis, yes I think they may be Fungus Gnats Sciara thomae
