Is it possible to determine this Cheilosia further with the help of this picture?

I found this insect in the Swiss Alps at an altitude of 1350 meters above sea-level on a meadow, date: 8th August 2016.

I don't think so. They are even hard to determine if you have many good pictures from different angles. There are just many species which are partly very similar in the genus Cheilosia. |
