Hi, this small fly of about 6mm I found along a small river the Gruppenbach. South-West Germany, Baden-Württemberg
at insektenfotos.de by Juergen Peters I got the answer to try here as well.

Looks like Platypalpus (Hybotodae) to me, but I am no expert of anything!

Hi piros, thanks for your answer. But sorry I uploaded the wrong picture for my question, this is of course never ever (!) a Anthomyiidae or Limnophora maculosa - even for me *lol*. I will open a new thread with the right picture for this question.
