Does anyone know what kind of fly this is? I found a picture of Tephritis conura that looks a bit like it but I'm not really convinced. This one has these black spots on its abdomen and I couldnt see them in that picture of Tephritis conura.

This is not a member of the Tephritidae - family. It is Trypetoptera punctulata ( Sciomyzidae ).
