Thanks! Normallly, I don't ask about those non-descript-muscidae-like flies, as I know they are often impossible to ID from photos. The thing is this one somehow "looked strange" to me when I spotted it. Both habitus and behavior were puzzling for reasons I can hardly describe - not being a specialist. Cheers Philippe |
