Size 3.5 to 4 mm. Observed swarming at the edge of a forest around 8 p.m.

Yes, male Fannia. Unfortunelly not one of the species easy to ID. I think, most probably F.serena-similis "group" Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
