Mating pair, very sexually dimorphic. Someone on Twitter suggested that they could be phorid flies - can anyone comment on that? Location: forest on the edge of Berlin, Germany Date: 24.02.2016 |

Yes. They are Phoridae. Don't think we'll be able to say much else at this magnification.
