Kahis, I do not think this is Piezura graminicola any more. Piezura should have a bare arista, which seems to be the case with this fly.

Could this not be the female for Fannia lustrator? The images in the gallery match quite well.

I think so, Fannia lustrator (has to be 1,5 times more than usual Fannia size)
