You can loose the questionmark.
I'ld say it's C. formosa as well

well, i guess greenish shiny Stratiomyidae with hairy eyes are always Chloromyia but i wasn't sure about speciosa cause that's a species we don't have in belgium.
should it be worth to take a look at the belgian formosa's for speciosa? how far north does it come in france?
