Hi there! :-) I don't know if this is Phoridae or can be other thing. Any chance to say something else ? Pictures were taken among the vegetation of woodland by a reservoir, in November the 9th, 2014, by Soto de Ribera (near Oviedo, Asturias, N Spain). Thanks in advance!! Yes, it is Phoridae. Spectacular shimmering on the wings in the last picture.

Thank you, Paul!! And yes, the colour in the wings is amazing, I thought it could be distinct but now that I know it is Phoridae, and after checking keys, it seems even to know the genus is almost impossible. :-( I'm removing the "??" in the title, and I leave it like that just in case a miracle arrives and somebody can say something else. The combination of leg bristles, overall shape and colouring suggest Diplonevra female to me.
