Hi,

I know the perspective is not the best to identify a fly, but maybe someone has got an idea about the family, though. Which one could it be? Most likely Muscidae, I guess?

Probably Coenosia tigrina, a frequent hunter.

at least I can't find anything that would falsify this.
C. tigrina seems so be quite common here.
