A male Chloropidae - keyed as Oscinomorpha (is that correct?) If it is Oscinomorpha the ocellar triangle only reaches half at most across the length of the frons, so I am wondering if this might be Collin's "species b". Length 2mm. from woodland in Shropshire UK June 2015. conopid attached the following image: [141.35Kb] Nigel Jones, Shrewsbury, United Kingdom |
