This looks like a Culiseta male, possibly bergrothi (Culicidae), but it could be an Ochlerotatus which I don't recognize. The lack of wing spots suggests Cs.glaphyroptera, but all the Scandinavian records were shown to be bergrothi.

I recently found Culiseta glaphyroptera in Bohuslän, some 90 km North of Gothenburg. Where did you take this picture?

I believe that those rocky coast localities might be good for Cs. glaphyroptera. It is described in the literature as a mountain species that breeds in rocky pools. If you have a chance, try to look for overwintering individuals in basements and other suitable spaces. Also in Gothenburg, especially in the Högsbo area you might look for Culex pipiens molestus, a species that is becoming a nuisance indoors. It is spreading also to Guldheden and Hisingen, but so far seems to have its stronghold in Högsbo.
