A drosophil fly in my kitchen

Hello
Found in my kitchen the 17/09/2015 in NE of France (between Metz and Thionville) : 2 to 3 mm
it's possible it's Drosophila suzukii

If it is suzukii, then it should be a female. Compared to European species it has a distinctive ovipositor, but I cannot make it out in this image...
