Hello, I'm sorry these 3 picts are no so good quality, but I'd like to know more about the ID of this fly : (Saint Apollinaire (21), France - 22th August 2004 - 6 mm long) I think about some Anthomyiidae, but I'm unable to assess this more strongly, nor to go further in determination... This one has all the makings of Anthomyia pluvialis. If I do not get back to this, then I have no reason to change the identification.
