That was my first impression, Ph. nemea. However, the third antennal segment is very long, as long as in magnicornis (which lacks the golden frons). So, I had a closer look. The eyes are only slightly hairy. That is a good clue: the wing venation confirms my suspicion (compare with http://www.diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=3343; look at the distance between m-cu and bend of m compared with length of apical crossvein !): it is Bactromyia aurulenta.
