I found this Scatopsidae in Yerseke, the Netherlands. All tarsi are white. Is it possible to say to which genus it belongs?

In the other picture of the wing the veins are a little bit better visible, normally they are very very faint. Here you can see the thickened veins a little better.

Probably, but genitalia needed for confirmation. Corrrect genus name is Efcookella.
