It looks like Triarthria setipennis. However, the arista appears not to be articulated in three. So either I'm wrong or the picture is somehow misleading. Theo |

This was a small Tachinid. The head shape is quite characteristic. I tried to enlarge the head as much as possible, but the resolution is not good. Maybe the arista could be articulated into three, but this is difficult to see.
