Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, at an uncultivated natural area, 25 m, Outsidefoto: kuv, 11th of May 2015. Perhaps it could be Thereva inornata ? Please help for ID.

Looks very dark and very interesting. Inornata is a summer species from the mountains.
I guess this might be the male of Th plebeja (or strgata) both spring species from grazslands.
