November 2006, Taroko National Park, Taiwan, under a light in early morning. 25-30 mm long.

My gut feeling is Lymantriidae for this moth. But could also be a Notodontid moth. I know the Japanese fauna a little bit, but this one does not ring a bell for me.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
