Hello, I found this small fly, about 3mm, I have never seen it before so I need your help to ID it  There was 5-6° c. The fly was moving the wing one by one like some Tephritidae and Sepsidae does. 08.II.2015 - North Italy - Treviso  Thanks in advance!
