Collected in Northern Sweden, Ångermanland, Nordmaling, WGS84: 63.570, 19.480
Date 2014-08-06
Hind coxa only with wite hairs
Face silvery white
Mid coxa with a black ventral toth composed of hairs
cerci narow triangular with lots of hairs
Femur with 4 white laterobasasal bristles
Fore tibia with a row of black dorsal bristels

That seems to fit. I where taking the wrong turn in the query about for tarsus thickened in your key.
