Hello
I do not find. The subscutellum is present.
The arista is plumose on its first quarter.
Size 6 mm.

General appearance is typical of Sarcophaginae.

Now I also think, given the shape of the genitalia.
The size is small, but I see a subscutellum.
Is what I'm wrong where it is present on some species of the family Sarcophagidae.

I assume this specimen was found in France. Then genitalia and cerci show it is Sarcophaga (Krameromyia) anaces (Sarcophagidae).

From these pictures I can't give an opinion on the presence of a subscutellum, but I assume there is not a swollen subscutellum as usually present in Tachinidae and never in Sarcophagidae.

The general appearance is typically Sarcophagidae. The shape of R5 is also typical for Sarcophaga s.l. (compare a curved neck of a bottle).

Regards

Liekele

The subscutellum is not inflated. Difficult to estimate on small flies.
