Drosophilidae from SW Sweden 4 Oct 2014->Drosophila subsilvestris

This Drosophilidae fly was feeding on sap from the same oak tree as the Helina and Periscelididae flies I have uploaded photos of earlier.

Despite your good efforts it will not be enough to put a species name on it: Drosophila (Sophophora) obscura group female.

At least needed are pictures of the ovipositor and palpi in focus.
