Hi

* locality - Lagoa Comprida - Serra da Estrela - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.05.15
* size - 4 mm (small fly)
* habitat - very rich place with Juniperus sp, Erica sp., mosses, and with granitic rocks
* substrate - ?

Yeah, taking into account the origin is Portugal that will be all you get from just this picture. If you have the specimen (it appears to be dead already in the pictures) we may be able to identify it in the lab.
