which fly?

Can anyone tell me to which family (maybe genus) this fly belongs, or is het not possible with so many features not clearly visible. I thougt it is a muscid fly. Someone posted this picture on an photography forum.

I think it is a scathophagid that has been overcome by the fungus Entomophthora muscae.
