In Amstelveen I saw this handsome fly in knee-high grassland with reed. It rests always head down, anf flies rather slowly. With a very simple guide I found Melieria as genus within Otitidae. Can it be further IDed? I attach a series of photos from all angles.

Melieria omissa and the family nowadays is Ulidiidae.
