 Fly with white abdomen

Today in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, I saw this fly on a bramble bush. Rather small (say 6 mm) with green metallic thorax but white abdomen. Very conspicuous in flight, it almost disappears when it lands, because then the white is hidden under te wings. IDable?
