That is a well-known member of the family Pseudotachinidae, one of the most common: Frauenfeldia rubricosa ! Theo |

I am very glad the only Rhinophoridae in my region is the distinctive Melanophora roralis. Family identification of Oestroidea is so much easier than in Europe. It was probably introduced along with Oniscus asellus. |
