Photograph taken on May 23, 2014, in untilled soil and high humidity in the environment of the city limits. Motril, Granada, Spain. Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast. Looks like Muscidae to me - median vein isn't bent.

From what I can see , it is Hebecnema, and the, with black halters it is H. nigra. Mistake remains always possible with pictures.

I appreciate your clarification, and I understand that those identified in this thread and the post can be considered suitable for Hebecnema nigra, accepting the possible margin of error, identification images can always bring.
